Privacy Policy

Offerdecks (offerdecks.com) is the controller for personal data described in this policy. It explains what we collect, why we use it, and how to reach us. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account data: email, password hash or Google account id (if you sign in with Google), store name, WhatsApp and similar contact fields, pixel or tag ids, custom domain (Pro), and billing or plan status.
• Page and media: product copy, photos, and video you upload for landers.
• Orders: details buyers submit on your pages. We store them so you can view them in Orders and we email them to your notify address.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps needed to keep the service secure and working.

Why we use it

We use this data to run your account, publish pages, deliver order notices, bill paid plans, prevent abuse, and respond to support or legal requests. We do not use Offerdecks account data to run our own cross-site advertising.

Processors and helpers

We use service providers in categories such as hosting, email delivery, Paystack for subscription billing, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. Seller checkout on landers may use Stripe or other gateways you configure. Pixels or tags you add load only on your public sales pages; that tracking is yours, not ours.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, a theme preference for light or dark mode, and CSRF protection on forms. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

The site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand visits.

Retention

We keep account and page data while the account is open. When you delete a page or the account, related files are removed with it. Billing records and security logs may be kept longer when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal duties.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete much of your account data in Settings, or request help through Data Rights and Contact. Buyers who want order data should ask the seller first.

Children

Offerdecks is aimed at adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children for account signup.
