Data Rights

Effective date: 25 September 2026.

You can access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about your Offerdecks account.

• Update your email, store name, and pixels in Settings.
• Request an export through Contact.
• Delete a page to remove that page and its photos and video.
• Delete your account in Settings to remove the store and remaining files.

If you cannot log in, write from the email on the account. We may need to verify your identity before we change or delete anything. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Buyers who submitted an order on a seller page should ask that seller for order data first. We can help pass a deletion request to the store owner when we can identify the order.
