Yes. Each page is a single product landing page built for the link in your ad. Use it as the landing page for Facebook ads, as a TikTok ads landing page, or as the link you share on WhatsApp. Add your Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel in Settings to track visits and orders on your own pages.

Yes. Turn on Pay on delivery for a page to make it a cash on delivery landing page. Buyers fill in the order form with their details, and you confirm the order and collect payment when you deliver.

Yes. Add your WhatsApp number in Settings and your page shows a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with you, with a message about the product already filled in. Buyers who prefer the order form can use that instead, and after ordering they can continue the conversation on WhatsApp.

Create a page for your product, set the price in Naira, turn on Pay on delivery and add your WhatsApp number. Then put the page link in your Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp ads. Each order appears in your Orders inbox and is sent to your email.

Yes. Use Preview on the Pages list, or check the live preview while you edit. Draft pages stay private. Visitors cannot open them until you turn on Make this page live.

Free: up to 3 live pages. Starter: up to 20 live pages. Pro: unlimited live pages. Drafts do not count toward these limits, so you can keep working on as many drafts as you need.

Pages that are already live remain live. We do not automatically unpublish on downgrade. You can unpublish at any time. Publishing another page (or re-publishing a draft) is only allowed if your current live count is under the Free limit of 3.

Open Billing. If you are on Starter, use Upgrade to Pro. If you are on Pro, use Switch to Starter. Checkout runs through Paystack; after payment, the webhook updates your plan.

Open Billing and use Cancel. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your billing period, so you keep paid access until that date. If Cancel is not available yet, use the receipt Paystack emailed you, or write from the Contact page. See the Refund Policy for timing.

We send a confirmation when a paid plan becomes active, a notice when cancellation is scheduled (with the access-until date), and a notice when your account moves to Free after the period ends.

Orders appear in your Orders inbox and are sent to the notify email in Settings.

Custom domains are available on the Pro plan. They let visitors open your landers on a hostname you control (for example buy.yourdomain.com) instead of only on offerdecks.com.

1. Add a CNAME at your registrar or DNS host. Create a CNAME record where the name or host is the subdomain part only (for buy.yourdomain.com, that is buy). Set the target or value to offerdecks.com.
2. Wait for DNS. Changes often appear within minutes, but can take a few hours depending on your provider.
3. Save the hostname in Settings. On Pro, open Settings and enter the full host (for example buy.yourdomain.com). Save. Offerdecks accepts a new or changed domain only after that CNAME points at offerdecks.com. You can clear the field without a DNS check.

Once DNS is correct, visitors to that host reach Offerdecks servers. A product page on your custom host looks like https://buy.yourdomain.com/product-slug. That path does not use a store prefix on the path. Standard Offerdecks links look like offerdecks.com/{store}/{page}.

Connecting a hostname does not move your whole website. Only that host is used for your Offerdecks landers. SSL certificates are handled on our server; you do not buy or upload a certificate inside Offerdecks.

Recommendation: Prefer a subdomain with a CNAME. Root or apex domains (for example yourdomain.com alone) often need different DNS records (ALIAS, ANAME, or similar) and are harder to configure cleanly.

Troubleshooting: If the custom host does not resolve, check the following:

• The CNAME target is not set to offerdecks.com.
• DNS has not finished updating yet.
• The account is not on Pro.
• There is a typo in the hostname saved under Settings.

Photos and the video attached to that page are deleted with it. Deleting your account removes every page and file.
