Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 September 2026.

These terms govern use of Offerdecks at offerdecks.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Offerdecks provides software that publishes sales pages you control. You are the seller. We are not a party to sales between you and your buyers.

Accounts

Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about billing, security, or abuse reports. You may close your account in Settings. Closing your account removes your store, pages, and related media from our systems.

Acceptable use

Do not sell illegal goods or services, run scams, phish, spam, or upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not attack, overload, or probe the service, or attempt to access other accounts. We may remove content or restrict features that break these rules or put buyers at risk.

Seller responsibility

You are responsible for your offers, pricing, ads, fulfilment, customer support, and compliance with laws that apply to your business, including taxes and consumer rules in the places you sell. Buyers who order on your pages contract with you, not with Offerdecks. You are the merchant of record for those sales.

Pages and media

You grant Offerdecks a limited licence to host and display your text, photos, and video so visitors can open your pages. Deleting a page or your account removes that media from our servers. You retain ownership of your content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed through Paystack. Limits and prices shown in Billing are the current rates. Plans renew for the next period unless you cancel. Cancel in Billing to schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid access until that date. If online cancel is unavailable, use the receipt Paystack emailed you or Contact. See the Refund Policy for charges and refunds.

Suspension

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, harms buyers, or abuses the service. A blocked account cannot publish pages until it is restored.

Intellectual property

Offerdecks branding, software, and site design belong to us. Your offer content belongs to you, subject to the hosting licence above. Do not copy our product or remove notices that identify Offerdecks where required.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Offerdecks is not liable for lost sales, ad spend, delivery disputes between you and buyers, or downtime beyond what we can reasonably control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

If a claim arises from your offers, ads, content, or dealings with buyers, you agree to cover Offerdecks against related losses and reasonable costs, to the extent the claim is not caused by our own wrongdoing.

Third parties

We rely on providers to run the product, including hosting, email delivery, Paystack for Offerdecks subscriptions, and Stripe or other gateways you configure for buyer checkout on your pages. Their terms apply to their services. Seller pixels or tags you add on landers are your responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Nigeria, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your location says otherwise.
