Refund Policy

Effective date: 25 September 2026.

This policy covers Offerdecks paid plans billed through Paystack. It does not cover sales between you and your buyers on your landers. You are the merchant of record for those sales.

Cancel versus refund

Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid access until that date. A refund is a separate request to return money already charged.

When we review a refund

If a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it. Unused time may qualify when a subscription was started by mistake. A prolonged outage on our side that blocked normal use of the product may also qualify, reviewed case by case.

We do not refund because an ad did not convert or a campaign underperformed. Ad results are yours to manage.

How to request

Write through Contact or email orders@offerdecks.com with the account email and the charge date. Paystack may appear on your bank or card statement. You can also use the receipt Paystack emailed you if their buyer tools apply.
